By accessing or using the website at delraybeachepoxyflooringandconcretepolishing.com, or by requesting services from Delray Beach Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and any other person who accesses the site or engages our services.
Delray Beach Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing provides concrete flooring contractor services, including but not limited to epoxy floor coatings, garage floor coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, concrete resurfacing, pool deck coatings, and related surface preparation and sealing services. We serve residential and commercial customers in Delray Beach, Florida, and surrounding communities.
All services are performed on a project-by-project basis. Submitting a contact form or estimate request does not constitute a service agreement. A service agreement is only formed when both parties have signed a written proposal or contract for a specific project.
All estimates provided - whether in writing, by phone, or by email - are based on information available at the time of the estimate. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes after an estimate is issued, or if site conditions at the time of the job differ materially from those observed during the estimate visit.
Estimates are not guarantees of final cost. A written proposal will be provided before any work begins that reflects the agreed-upon scope, materials, and price. Any changes to the scope of work after a proposal is signed must be agreed to in writing before additional work is performed.
We do not charge for initial estimate visits. Estimates expire 30 days after the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Project scheduling is confirmed in writing after a proposal is signed and any required deposit is received. Start dates are subject to availability and may shift due to weather conditions, material availability, or other factors outside our control.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible by phone at (561) 407-6046 or by email at projects@delraybeachepoxyflooringandconcretepolishing.com. Cancellation policies, including any deposit forfeiture terms, will be stated in the written proposal for your project.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions or other circumstances that would affect quality or safety. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.
Payment terms are specified in the written proposal for each project. Projects may require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as otherwise stated in the proposal.
Payment is due by the date specified in the proposal. Accounts not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee. If collection action is required, the customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney's fees.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your proposal. We do not accept payment by personal check unless previously agreed to in writing.
Before work begins, the customer is responsible for clearing the work area of all vehicles, personal property, stored items, and furniture. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area during a project.
The customer is responsible for confirming any HOA, permit, or property-specific requirements before scheduling work. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by permit issues, HOA rules, or access restrictions not disclosed prior to the start of work.
Any warranty coverage for workmanship or materials will be specified in the written proposal for your project. Warranty coverage is limited to defects in workmanship and materials applied by us and does not cover damage caused by customer misuse, improper maintenance, chemical spills, physical impact, or conditions outside our control.
Warranty claims are void if the floor is subjected to conditions or loads beyond those disclosed at the time of the estimate, or if care instructions provided at project completion are not followed.
Except as expressly stated in a written project proposal, all services are provided "as is" without additional warranties, express or implied. We make no warranty that our services will meet every specific expectation beyond what is described in the written proposal.
